Malfunction of the "MasterRig PlugIn window" after a monitor scaling factor change in Windows 11

I’ve observed the following issue with a 4K monitor at a resolution of 3840x2160 set in Windows 11 and would like to see improvements.
I start WaveLab Pro 13.0.10 with the scaling factor set to 125% in Windows 11. Then, for example, I start playback with the MasterRig PlugIn activated. Next, I bring the MasterRig PlugIn window to the foreground.
I now need, for example, more screen space temporarily, so I change the scaling factor in Windows 11 to 100%. The MasterRig PlugIn window remains almost unchanged, but the Fold/Unfold button is inaccessible because a smaller, second MasterRig window has opened behind it, and this button is visible and can be used within that second window. If I do this, the original window disappears, and after a second click on this button, the new MasterRig window becomes visible, but it’s cut off on the right and bottom.

If I select, for example, the Windows 11 scaling factor of 150% for better readability, the opposite happens. The MasterRig plugin is unnecessarily extended on the right and bottom with an empty window border.

I experience similar behavior with the Voxengo plugin “EQ: CurveEQ” included in WaveLab. Using the Fold/Unfold button reduces the window height by half, and it has to be restored in a cumbersome way.
(See also my request “Resize Voxengo VST3 PlugIn Window” from February 22nd.)

I also need SPAN, SPAN Plus, EQ: GlissEQ, and Elefant from Voxengo. Unfortunately, these plugins also exhibit similarly strange behavior when using Fold/Unfold.

There are also problems with the window size. In one case, the window is much too small, and in another, it fills the entire screen.
I contacted Voxengo and they replied that they could not influence the behavior in WaveLab and that I should tell it to the WaveLab development team.

The behavior of WaveLab when starting up with a different scaling factor than the one chosen during the initial WaveLab Pro13 installation is also strange. When starting WaveLab Pro 13, the basic logo is displayed twice for a while, which doesn’t happen with WaveLab Pro 12.

I also want to say that the WaveLab Pro 13.0.10 update has finally fixed many problems that I’d been increasingly experiencing since WaveLab Pro version 12.0.50.
The WaveLab team has done a really great job with this update.
Thank you so much.

Two things I would like to say:
• Do not change the Windows scaling while WaveLab is open.
• All Steinberg plug-ins, including the master rig, now are a scaling factor. I recommend you using it:

Thank you for the tip; I wasn’t aware of this and it’s very useful. However, I see that this isn’t (yet) possible with many Steinberg plugins, for example, in RestoreRig, where the magnifying glass is missing for me.

Generally, though, this doesn’t really help me solve my space problem on the Display. Besides WaveLab, I almost always have the Cubase mixer with Voxengo plugins running simultaneously, and I sometimes run into space issues.
It’s really convenient that Windows 11 offers this option to change the scaling while the system is running, and I use it frequently.

Cubase, along with its activated plugins, and other programs have no problems when I change the Windows 11 scaling while the system is running. Cubase is also from Steinberg, and it works flawlessly there; even the window sizes of all plugins (including third-party ones) can be freely adjusted. Unfortunately, this isn’t possible with WaveLab.
Unfortunately, WaveLab doesn’t seem to handle this scaling change correctly, even with certain of its own plugins (including RestoreRig).

That’s really a shame!

Do you perhaps have a solution for how I can correct the duplicate logo when starting WaveLab at 100% or 125% scaling? At 150%, where I first installed WaveLab Pro 13, the two images are perfectly aligned and not noticeable.

The update didn’t fix the duplicate logo issue, by the way!
