Managing Cubase Transport with Midi Notes

Hello everyone, I would like to reproduce a manipulation on Cubase 14 that I usually use on Ableton.
I have a Cubase 14 session with several songs that follow each other. Above I have an arranger track with an event above each song.

What I want to do is create two midi notes at the end of each song that will have the following function:

  • The first midi note will stop Cubase playing
  • The second note will bring the play bar to the beginning of the next song
Like that in concert, I would just have to press play to start the songs one after the other without having to manipulate the computer. I already do it on Ableton but I can’t do it on Cubase, do you know how to do this?

Thank you

This way you can create an Arranger Chain. Now, if you set the “repeat” property of each event in the chain to “Pause After Repeats” the playhead will move to the next event of the chain but the playback will pause waiting for you to hit Play again. Is this what you’re after?
