Yes. It seems like you’re doing what I did.
What happens is that I tweak the spacing, then when I open print mode the notes get moved back to Dorico’s spacing. I’ve also had issues where lines (when using multiple ones) get nudged around by Print mode. That one is another mystery that was never solved.
