Hi, today I wanted to take advantage of the 40% offer on the update of my cubase pro. At 8:30 am I therefore paid 59 € then payment went well except at the end of the transaction I was told that it must be checked manually and that this can take up to 3 days. Apart from an email confirming the creation of a customer account, I received nothing concerning my purchase, no invoice, no order information, nothing. Is normal? This is the first time that I see this and it is very unpleasant.
