This is not in Cubase. This is on your hardware synth. Somewhere in System (or Setup) > MIDI > Local Control, switcher On/Off.

I will confirm that the direct QC options, do not play nice if you have other controllers or used other controllers.There are some rulers missing in the software, some place.

Awesome! I need to hug you! this video is the answer, finally I got it, this let me to understand the mapping on Cubase this vid go directly to my favorites in youtube, is the first and the only vid I seen showing exactly what to do
