Mark Clips in audio files?

Something I think should be mandatory in DAWs but I don’t see it often (or it’s there and I don’t know, which is what I hope is the case with Cubase 6!). So you just recorded a great take of some rocking vocal. And at one point the clip indicator went on, or you didn’t notice that it did, etc. In any case does Cubase put a little “tick” in the waveform view to show you where it hit zero? If so, is that a setting somewhere?
