I think the easiest way is to use a glockenspiel and rename it Wind chimes.

Thanks for the picture and the annotations that stated what steps you did. That’s very helpful! I take it to hide the stem for the half note I need to be in engrave mode? I was thinking about doing what you showed, but I didn’t know if there was a more simple method to accomplish what I’m needing to do.

I used a triplet of half-notes in 4/4 meter. I set the notehead to diamond, square, and then in the Engrave mode I hidden the notehead of the second and third half-note, as well as the ledger lines. I selected the triplet bracket and scaled it to 1 then I set Glissando text: No text

For the most part, I think I got what I’m trying to accomplish. However, when I try to move the two glissando lines closer together the width of the bar keeps becoming wider. Yes, I know Dorico automatically will adjust the width of the bar to avoid collision with the two glissando lines. Is there a way to have Dorico not automatically expand the width of the bar?
Are you moving the glissando lines in Engrave mode ? This should not move anything else…
Yes, I’m in Engrave Mode. The bar keeps getting wider and wider as I move the lines closer together.
Would a one-measure note-spacing change be an option?

I’m very sorry for now just replying back to you! I’ve been away from my laptop that has Dorico installed on it. I’m willing to try anything at this point! How would I go about doing a one-bar note spacing change in Dorico?
I may have figured out the problem. I was using the “doit” jazz articulation, and that’s what was causing the bar to expand when moving the them closer to each other. I ended up using the wavy lines in the line tool and it seems to be working a lot better!
