Marker, rule, tempo... tracks integrated in the top

IMO, these kind of tracks should be integrated in the top of the project window as they are in other DAWs like Pro Tools or Logic.

You could use the “Divide Track List” function and move the tracks you want to always show at the top. The “Divide Track List” function is the button that looks like this… / and it is on the top right side of the project window.

Yes, I know about the divide track list function. But what I mean with this request is that these tracks shouldn’t be tracks, but rather a deployable section beside the timeline. I believe that deploying such section would be faster than hidding these tracks - IMO
