I’m not sure what’s going on with this Marker Track, but it won’t stay put!
I’ve mapped out about 90 bars o f new piece. I set my standard range to be 150 bars for any new song. As I allow 2 bar click, songs begin on bar 3 and go to bar 150 during development. I placed markers at bars 11, 19, 27, 35, etc. to map sections for development. So when I press locate point 5, the song jumps to bar 27, which it does. But what it’s also doing is CHANGING MY START AND END POINTS TO BAR 27! 
What to I have to select/deselect to make it stop doing this?
