In the project window of my previous version of Cubase, there was a master solo and mute button. You could solo each track one after the other without having to turn solo off on the first one before going to the next. This was handy for comparing versions of the same track that maybe had different mics or preamps quickly. Is there a way to set this up in 8.5?
There are Deactivate All Solo/Mute States buttons on the top of the Project window. If you don’t see the, right-click to the toolbar menu and enable the State Buttons option.
To Solo one track exclusively, hold down Ctrl/Cmd and click the S button. All other Soloed tracks become un-soloed and the given track becomes soloed.
