Is there a list of all the possible wild cards for Dorico? I’m trying to use the flow name on my master pages but I can’t find what the correct input would be.
I believe you want {@flowtitle@} for that. If you have more than one flow, you can use {@flow#title@}, where # is the number of the flow you want.

Turns out I was trying to get the layout name and not the flow title, hence why I couldn’t make it work the way I wanted.
