Hi, still using my mcu pro and extender works great no need to replace is there anyway to program the master fader to control room? Thats my only gripe if not I can use my nektar CS 12 which I can use the shift button select to change..

No, you cannot do that while using the pure Mackie Control Protocol (device). You could do that when using MIDI Remote.
