Measure alignment in layout

I feel like this might have been posted about before but I can’t seem to find a reference to it. I’m trying to layout a 16-measure score into four equally spaced measures. (Default is two lines @8 measures each) I can’t seem to find a way to get the fourth line to align with the first three lines. See picture. Ideally, all four lines would be compact like the fourth line.

Untick this under Library->Layout Options->Note Spacing.

You can also set this to 2 in the same place as above for more even bar spacing.

I added info about the spacing ratio, try that also for more even spacing.
