Measure flow heading distance

I moved some head flowings, for example over drum set triplets to create an ilusion that its the same distance as the flows in for example timpani, since it is closer to the notes it looks different than the timpani flow even if its not.
Is there a way see the distance in numbers or measure precise in a way? so it will be exactly the same in all triplet flows.

No I don’t think there’s an obvious or easy way to show this; the gap between flow headings and the music below them is measured as between [the bottom edge of the lowest frame in the flow heading] and [the top staff line of the music below the flow heading].
