Measure Number Placement at Start of System

Other than turning off “Avoid collisions” in the Layout Options and manually adjusting any colliding markings, is there an easy way to make the bar numbers at the start of a system and under multi-bar rests have the same vertical placement as the other measures?

If I check “Align bar numbers across width of system”, they all move to the lower position, which I don’t like.
