Measure numbers in two places at once.

Hi all,

I need to put measure numbers below each measure AND at the first measure of each page as dictated by common practice. How can I get measure numbers to appear in both places at once?

You could use rehearsal marks for the first bar of the page?
I don’t think you can use bar numbers twice yet.

DV-- just curious why you would need a number above and below a measure? One practice surely supersedes the other. I understand that you only want the first measure of each stave to have the number on top (common practice); I checked Gould but she makes no mention of this so I’m curious.
