I’m looking for a way to remove one measure of upbeat without Dorico shifting everything that follows… Thank you

Hoping I understand correctly:

Select the notes and/or rests of this bar, activate Insert Mode 4th submode (Global Adjustment of Current Bar):

…and press Delete!

(And don’t forget to turn off Insert Mode afterwards.)
