When editing attributes for media files in the media bay, are the forms of metadata that Cubase uses recognizable by other programs?
As an example, if I label a MIDI file with “adventure” or “fantasy” as a descriptor in the media bay, will I be able to see that label in Dorico, Windows 10 or MacOS Big Sur?

Do you know if this is through lack of consensus of standards in software platforms in general, or if it is specific to Cubase?
I would have hoped, at the least, that Dorico would be able to see such metadata for sharing between programs under the same manufacturer.
