I just purchased the pro drums bundle and the titles show up in my media bay after installation, but im getting a “-” mark next to them and they are unplayble. Any ideas on how to use these loops? I installed them from the download center. I also reinstalled them as well. Thank you!
Same Problem on me. Nuendo 13.0.41. I think we must contact the Support.

Are you on Mac, in that case there are several threads that explain how to enable “Full Permissions” on the directory where these sounds are stored. Apple seems to have the permissions blocked by default.
I’m not a Mac User, so I can’t tell how this is done.

Im on PC. All the other sound libraries work off of media bay except this one
I just emailed tech support and will update.
Good morning. So tech support emailed me back and the solution was PRODRUMS was not activated, Just downloaded. You have to open up a seperate program called Steinberg Activation Manager. I saw that it wasn’t activated and the issue was immediately fixed.

Thank you for your reply. I was only able to activate the Pro Drums Bundle offline in the Activation Manager. That was probably the problem, as this did not work. It now works online. Thank you very much for the quick help.
