Media bay not showing audio file recently downloaded

Media bay not showing audio files that I recently download. I’ve done a quick rescan and a full rescan of the disk and folders but I can’t view anything new in the media bay

untick the folder and tick it back again, happens to me too, never found a solution.

Didn’t work… I’ve been dealing with this for months. I wonder why this is happening

What is your Cubase version? And OS?
Did you check the auto update available inside media bay?
A workaround would be using the pool explorer instead.

I’m using the latest version 11 on a Pc running windows 10 latest version. And what exactly is the auto-update called in the media bay and where is it located?
