Add a feature to Mediabay so that when browsing a sample list samples can be spread over the keyboard chromatically and auditioned with a midi keyboard and adjust the pitch to a scale. Or a better way would be to add this functionality to Sampler track where we can also add effects already but currently we must drag each sample to the track, it would be better to be able to just bowse the list and have it loaded to keyboard.
Halion is the Steinberg sampler!
As @diegoalejo15 mentioned, there’s the sample track in Cubase, so sampling isn’t exclusive to Halion.
Oh course not; you’re right. So another reason not to have it in mediabay, imo. 
Mediabay is deep and complicated enough as it is.
so can I do what I´m requesting in Halion or Halion sonic? I mean browse a wav folder and get the samples chromatically spread automatically without having to drag&drop?
I found the solution: in sampler track there is an option to hot swap samples while we browse a folder.
Halion is a sampler, but Halion sonic is a sample player.
If you only have Halion sonic, you’ll have to do it in a sampler track.

You can’t do this on included Halion SE but you can on the included Groove agent SE. This is actually a quiet powerful sampler ( not just for drums).
To spread a sample across the keyboard in Steinberg Groove Agent so it plays chromatically, you need to adjust the pad’s Key Range and Pitch settings.. This turns a single drum or melodic sample into a playable chromatic instrument
