Mediabay cant update

my activation manager is trying to update my mediabay program but its saying i need to stop cubase 14 from running…but cubase 14 isnt running.
ive opened taskmanager and no cubase is running and i cant update because its saying it needs to close to install update .

can anyone help?
im on windows 11

Try to restart your computer and run the update immediately after the restart.
