MediaBay database scan freezes

Hi, suddenly the MediaBay database seems empty, and the scan takes forever with no results, of course all the libraries are on the external hard drive (as shown by the Library Manager) and were working until two days ago. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Laptop with Windows 10 Pro and Cubase 14.0.10 build 144.

Try using the ‘Create Volume Database’ option and see if that helps.
