MediaBay duplicate entries

Hi
Every time I open N11, I get the following msg:
When MediaBay attempted to mount the volume database on drive’G:', duplicate entries were found.
How should this be resolved

  1. Don’t mount volume database
  2. Delete local database entries

I have chosen both options but I keep on getting the same message

Any ideas pls?
