Tried any kind of solutions, restarted cubase, saved empty project templates, restarted after any little changes… nothing.
By the way, I can work with this solutions now, It just annoys me to have to remember to put the mediabay outputs on cue in Cubase every time I start work.
it bothers me a lot but really I can’t find the original source of this problem.

No. I only use the Universal Audio Apollo USB on this system for now.
Used an RME Fireface 800 on my old system, an UR22 on the office workstation and a Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6 on the laptop.
The new system is prepared to use the RME in the future, but not configured to do so now.
today I make some tests…
complete reset of total mix, complete reset of outputs in cubase.
Starting from zero point.
Nothing to do.
In my opinion Mediabay internal audio routing is a little tricky or strange. Seems audio from mediabay was developed to point on system (win 10) main audio outoputs, normally 1/2 of any audio interface. If you change this conditions MEDIABAY internal routing was a little buggy.
Hope someone in Steinberg can analyze this.
No. System audio plays no rule inside Cubase.

Cubase 11 preferences was damaged.
once reinitialize mediabay it works as it should!
