Is anyone else running into a issue after the mediabay update where their user content will play in sync with the project but when drag and dropped will go out of time?
I’ve made sure that the sample rate is correct, bit depth check, musical mode etc.
If it’s Cubase’s content it’s fine*
I’ve had this problem for years!
What seems to work is, when mediabay is open, open up audio settings, deactivate asio guard, click apply, the activate asioguard again, click apply and the close the settings window.

Hi Andreas, I have a similar issue. I am using Cubase 13 pro. I am also fairly new to music production. I have the same issue, when I play the project and open media bay to sample some sounds, it is in sync with my project tempo and it is all good. but the moment I double click or drag the sample in my project window, it is out of sync. I saw your reply but could not figure out how to resolve the issue. When you say open Audio settings, where is this menu available? Sorry I am a bit lost. If you could provide a little more detail, that would help tremendously. Thank you. B
What is ASIO Guard related can be found in the Studio > Studio Setup > Audio System panel.
