Thanks for reading my post. I just bought the Metal Essential Pack for Groove Agent se 5. But it can’t be loaded, looks like I didn’t pay. And it doesn’t shown up in Steinberg Activation Manager neither. Is there any idea for this problem?

Make sure, you have activated the library properly. Also make sure, you have the latest Groove Agent update installed. And also make sure, you have the latest MediaBay component version isntalled. It will install automatically once you start Steinberg Download Assistant.
