I agree. I’m an electronic musician. But there’s something about nu metal, nu rock that makes me feel good and inspired. I like Daughtry and similar bands but I also like old school artist like ozzy and iron maiden.
Metal is a pretty broad descriptive term these days, there have been some great documentaries about it over the years.
For me, the heavier the better. Talk about a drug-free buzz!
