Meter's Window Tabs won't stay open?

When I open the “Monitor Source”-tab and the “Main”-tab in the “Meter”-tab of Mix Consoles’ Right Zone with the blue “CR”-button active of course, these 2 tabs remain closed when I open Nuendo a second time, even when I save the Workspace and save my entire project as a template.

I expect that Nuendo opens it’s windows and tabs exactly where I left them, what am I doing wrong ?

The content of the Right Zone is not part of Workspaces in the MixConsole.
