My 2 oboes and 1 bassoon have a private metre change for one bar:
In the condensed version, the oboes don’t show it, but the bassoon 1 (which is not condensed), does:

Hi @JustusR, I think this was already discussed (but I cannot remember when or where)
Edit: found it:
If you insert a system break where the local time signature starts, the local time signatures will be shown in the condensed staves (but without cautionaries).

Another workaround would be to write the non appearing time signatures as text using MuseGlyphs font, and position them appropriately in Engrave mode.
