Anyone who is interested, better not to use NoteON for Metro toggle, but something else 
P.S: in the future, is there chance the METRO state could be ON/OFF instead of toggle:
toggle is unpredictable in different circumstances, ON/OFF is “hardcoded” therefore fail-proof.
UPDATE 2: No, unfortunately it’s 50% only if METRO gets toggled or not
