metronome click

Hello,

Please, anybody knows how to use a click?
(like a metronome beating on every 1/4 note)

Since there is no option for real-time recording in Dorico yet, a metronome would be of limited use. If you want a click on playback I fear you will have to add a temporary percussion staff of some sort and quickly add some notes to it. Using the repeat function it should only take a few seconds… :slight_smile:

The metronome certainly has other applications beyond recording.

I frequently use it as a rhythm reference while composing.

I went looking for it in Dorico yesterday and am surprised it’s not there yet.
