Metronome marks displaced

Hi,

I noticed that when I try to print my score, the note symbol in all the metronome markings is out of place. However, in Write and Engrave mode, it looks fine.

I can only embed one image, so you’ll have to take my word for it that the music symbol is correct in Write/Engrave modes, but here’s how it looks in Print mode:

Every metronome mark looks the same.

I’ve checked the Paragraph and Font styles and everything is default. I’ve tried deleting and re-adding the tempo marks. I’ve tried fiddling with the font selected for the Tempo (Metronome Mark) paragraph style, and nothing seems to make a difference. I’ve also restarted my computer, which has seemed to solve similar problems on the forums, but still no luck. Any help?

If you post a couple of measures of your Dorico file that show the problem, I expect someone could diagnose it for you rather quickly.

Here’s the Dorico file.

Take a look at Library > Character Styles. You have Metronome Mark Music Text set to Times New Roman. This needs to be a SMuFL-compliant text font. I see that you’re using Finale Maestro as your music font, so try Finale Maestro Text for this character style. (The Finale fonts occasionally have some issues; the Dorico default here is Bravura Text.)
