sound card is m-track 2X2m. when opening the program, choosing “guitar+voice”, and trying to record the 2nd channel, 2nd input - it seems like the program picks up everything, but when i play it i can only hear the really loud parts - you have to scream into the microphone, otherwise you simply cannot hear anything. When I turn the gain button all the way up than it records everything. Any suggestions?

Most probably, there is Gate plug-in (or Channel Strip). Remove or disable this Gate.
