Microtonal accidental

I’m working with a score (Swedish folmusic) using microtonal accidentals.
Everything works just fine, but when I make a part with guitar and violin ( the first part in the score) all of a sudden the accidentals are changed, but only in the part. It remains unchanged in the score…

The score:

The part:

You might need to post a cut-down version of the file that exhibits the problem :person_shrugging:

In measure 4 there’s a c natural (“micro-high”…)

Same measure in the part git + VIOLIN threes a C sharp (“micro-low”) . Almost the same but not quite…

I’ve tried to upload the file, don’t know if you can open it…

Sorry, I didn’t see your last post. I will try and open it tomorrow if I get a chance. Or hopefully some other fellow user will have been able to sort this out by then

Unfortunately, the attachment of the project didn’t succeed: please try uploading it again.

When you end up with a different accidental in the part versus the score, it’s normally because you’re writing for a transposing instrument. I imagine you will see the same result if you toggle between concert and transposed pitch in the score layout. What’s curious is that by default at least neither a guitar nor a violin is a transposing instrument, so I wouldn’t expect anything to change.

As you say, neither guitar or violin is a transposing instrument…
In bar 4, violin ( first part) , the accidental change in the part vesus the score…

In the score, Select All.
Then go Write (menu) > Respell > Propagate Note Spellings.

That should transfer any notes you’ve manually respelled in the score to (all of) the parts.
