Middle Mouse Button Is Selection instead of Move View in Edit In Place MIDI Editor

Inconsistent behaviour between the project area and the MIDI Edit In Place editor.

I use Middle Mouse button to move view a lot when working with MIDI in the actual MIDI editor, so it makes Edit In Place fairly unusable and annoying for me.
