Midi and audio export not in sync

I exported some tracks both as audio and midi - assuming the would have the same start point. I am trying to sync them up in Cubase.
But the midi track is about 1 seconds earlier that the corresponding audio track.
Why is this ?

And you have as well the time offset at the beginning of each flow (PlayBack options / Timing / Flows)

Yes. I found out when the midi tempo map was wrong :frowning:
