Midi AuV3 ARP Continues After Transport Is Stopped

I am having an issue with the BLEASS Arpeggiator midi auv3 in Cubasis 3 on iPad (latest OS update). The arp keeps running after the host transport is stopped. Obviously the arp should stop when the host transport is stopped.

I can’t replicate this behaviour in the other DAWs I have available - NanoStudio and Audio Evolution Mobile. In these DAWs the arp stops when the host transport is stopped as it should.

I have contacted the dev however they have said it’s an issue with Cubasis.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It should stop but it’s not

When you press midi panic does it stop?

Indeed it should stop  Does Cubasis have a midi panic button? I don’t believe there’s one in the plugin.

MIDI panic is the second button under ROUTING in your MIDI track

It says MIDI THru
MIDI PANIC

click that whenever midi won’t stop

Thanks, I was just about to post to say I found it  Didn’t expect it in that section. Sadly it does not stop the arp.

Interesting the arp only exhibits this behaviour with recorded midi data. If I am only performing/playing the arp stops as usual.

Hi @Cambler

Could the issue be related to an arpeggiator preset, where the latch mode is enabled or similar?

I’d suggest to share the topic with the BLEASS developer. I’m at hand to provide a free Cubasis promo code for testing purposes, if required,

Best,
Lars

Hi Lars, thanks for getting back to me. There doesn’t appear to be a latch mode in the arp. Also it only does the hanging notes when there is midi recorded in track and the played is stopped. If there is no midi recorded and I simply play notes into the arp they do not hang. Hope that makes sense.

Hi @Cambler

Please exchange with the 3rd party app vendor. I’m at hand to provide them with a Cubasis promo code for testing, if required.

Best,
Lars

Hi Lars, I will. Thanks so much. What is the best method for the dev contact you?

Hi @Cambler
