Well this is frustrating.
When I click to enlarge the MIDI notes, they start right at 3rd bar:

However, when I zoom out, the notes are NOT AT ALL CLOSE!!
Why aren’t the beats lined up??

It looks like in the Key Editor the Ruler is set to Bars & Beats but in the Project Window it is set to Minutes & Seconds.
