I encountered a problem that MIDI Clock seems not to be working correctly when using preroll.
I try to send MIDI clock to a Neural DSP Quad Cortex via USB MIDI. The Quad is assigned in the connections menu and is selected for MIDI Clock in the Transport menu in preferences.
As soon as I activate preroll, it doesn’t sync to MIDI Clock. If I deactivate it, it does.
I tested both USB 2 and USB 3 connections, the behavior stays the same. I verified that the sync is working correctly on the Quad by testing it with MIDI-OX and Cubase Pro 13.
