Hi,
i’d like to try the MIDI device manager.
years ago i didn’t like it. now with the render in place maybe it’s better for me.
say i have 3 synths.
all only receive one midi channel.
all are on same MIDI port
so :
instrument A = port1 = channel 1
instrument B = port1 = channel 2
instrument C = port1 = channel 3
how do you set this in cubase ?
if i “install Device” in the midi manager i can only set the output port for that Device.
but what if more than one device is on this output port ?
i don’t get it.
for exemple i have 2 D50
same midi port but to different midi channel.
i tried to “open device” . i see the 156 midi channels there… don’t know if it’s possible to only select one.
