Forgive me if this has already been addressed. I searched but didn’t see a solution to my problem…
I’m trying to figure out a way to drag MIDI from Toontrack’s Superior Drummer into Cubase 6 WITHOUT it renaming the midi track to the dropped files’ name every time.
Any ideas?
I’ve changed everything in the preferences to no avail…

Looking for an answer as well. I also noticed a new wrinkle: Dragging EZDrummer midi files from the Superior Grooves menu DOES NOT rename the track. What are the differences between Superior and EZ files?
has anybody figured out that issue yet? annoys me terribly using NI maschine within cubase

Manual/CTRL+F and run down the document to see if there’s any options.
of course I had a look in the manual before I posted. couldn´t find anything there.

It’s quite annoying but no one has addressed that it could be improved.
It’s not a bug. It just isn’t there. Put in a feature request for an option.
