Midi editing (full keyboard view)

Unlike Cוbase 7.5, I get difficulties when it comes to editing midi channels.
The main difficulty is in the MIDI editor - positions are created only for the notes who have played and not for all the keyboard notes. Is there a way to make the whole keyboard appear even if the notes did not play?

Clock the most left white icon in the toolbar (the “house”) and disable the filter, please.
