Is it possible to create a key commands to select event Colors based on (grid match, pitch, Velocity) etc. the editor has the drop down menu but I’m working on a touchscreen setup and would appreciate any help.
No, not in the Key Editor. You can select and manipulate items in the Project Window based on Color but that is because those items are actually set to a specific Color. But for the Events in the Key Editor the Color isn’t a characteristic of the Event and instead varies based on some criteria like Velocity or Channel Number. But the good news (if you are on Pro or Artist) is the Logical Editor will let you make selections based on that same criteria. For example, Select all the Notes with Velocities between 60 and 100.
