The export menu should be revised here so that you can select exactly which track or tracks should be exported to which target file.
I only found on the Internet that you have to drag individual Midi parts into the file folder in order to export individual Midi parts.
This is not very intuitive.
I tried several ideas to move the tracks I wanted to ‘score’ and load them into C13 to use the old score editor. I was rather difficult to do. I eventually saved the project as a new version and took out all the tracks I didn’t want to score. I worked, but took a bit of time and energy…

If you Mute any MIDI track, this track is not going to be exported.
