Can’t believe this didn’t get fixed. The Text Labels disappeared with 10.5 (or maybe even 10). Anyway the labels aren’t editable even if they weren’t missing. You can change the colors here by clicking on one if you want.

The default colors mean
Green - both in the Scale and in the Chord
Light Blue - in the Scale but not in the Chord
Dark Blue - not in the Scale but in the Chord
Red - not in the Scale or Chord
