Midi effects can see notes pitch bend and cc1. When sending cc2 it doesn’t get there
To reproduce
Add any midi effect that can monitor midi input to any midi track… E.g. streambyter or MIDISpy. Send notes, pitch bend, cc1 and cc2 from a controller. Everything gets there but cc2. Have not tested other cc’s or AT.
