I was using Cubase fine but suddenly in the middle of a project, the behaviour of changing the length of MIDI notes changed, and now when I drag the length of a MIDI note, it only moves by 1 whole compass, instead of using my 1/16 Quantization settings.
I made sure that the Adjustment is turned on and the Type of Grid is set to “Use Quantization”, but despite that they are not changing by 1/16 steps in this example.
If I drag and change the length of a MIDI part/clip then it does move according to my Quantization settings (1/16), so the problem is only happening to MIDI notes.
