MIDI file renames track

In Cubase 6.5, if you drag a MIDI file from Media Bay onto a MIDI track, does the track still get renamed to the MIDI track that was dragged in (As it did in Cubase 5).

Is there a way of locking the track name?

This annoys the hell of out me. Yes, dragging a MIDI file from MediaBay changes the name of the MIDI track. Would love to know how to stop this. Had a brief look through Preferences but didn’t find anything.

I set up some “spare” MIDI tracks at the top of my projects to drop the MIDI files from Media Bay onto and then drag them to the appropriate MIDI track. When the parts get dragged they change name to the track name.
Not ideal, but is a solution.
