Hello folks,just wondering if anybody can help, but some setting has changed and i am damned if i can find it in preferances or ‘‘midi’’ but when i record something on a midi track that already had midi info on it,the new recording wipes the old instead of laying on top of it ,[for better words] does anybody know how to reverse this pain. I am on studio 4 and hoping to upgrade soon. thanks in advance . paul.
In the Transport Bar, go to the lower left section on MIDI and you can set your Recording Preferences there (you may want to choose “New Parts”). I hope this information is helpful.
